We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. The available shipping options and rates are based on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping method chosen. You can view the available options and shipping costs during checkout.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed within [1-3] business days of receiving your order. If there are any delays in processing, you will be notified via email.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship in the US.  If your location is outside of these areas, we are unable to fulfill your order at this time.

5. Address Accuracy

Please make sure to provide an accurate shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@ronenartworks.com  to make corrections.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@ronenartworks.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that certain carriers may have specific claims processes that must be followed.

7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We currently do/do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes. Please ensure that you provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.

We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
